Is the Amana Jot the type of novelty item that grabs everyone’s attention at trade shows but is unlikely to be seen in many homes? Probably, but that didn’t stop us from channeling our childhood urges into writing all over the Jot, a fridge that has a door doubling as a whiteboard. While many at IBS chose to write profound messages on the Jot—“happy Valentines Day” and “this is cool!” were scribbled on it at various points of the show—we decided to pay homage to the Lolcat craze, even if it isn’t quite the phenomenon it was a year ago. Please excuse our grammar and below average Adobe Photoshop skills.
